BY LAW CHANGE - voted on and approved at the annual meeting
Article II – OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS –
Section 1
Second sentence – delete the end “…and bona fide residents of N. H.
“ Sentence would now read:
“All officers, members of the Executive Council, delegates and any
others participating in the affairs of the association must be
members in good standing of the association. “

Replace wording with “The age of an individual on December 1st
will be maintained throughout the entire competition year.
Page F6 (08) COLT AND FILLY SECTION
Last paragraph of description – delete wording “both ways of the
ring”. Sentence should read : “To be shown in a suitable
bridle or halter and required to move individually at a trot or
alternate gait.

Page C 2 (09) #3 JUDGES – SHOW AND GYMKHANA
REQUIREMENTS
Delete following sentences :
“The same judge may not officiate at more than two affiliated shows
in the same season, the two shows to be at least 30 days apart.
“Judges on the NHH&TA approved gymkhana judges list only are not
eligible to judge Class A, B. or C shows.”
“No Judge should be asked to judge over 10 hours or to judge over
forty classes including subdivisions.”
Paragraph will now read
“Class A and B shows must engage current Registered or Recorded USEF
judges who must be Registered or Recorded in the majority of the
classes in which such judge will adjudicate or NEHC “1”
Judges. Class C shows may either use the above method or a judge as
explained in the next paragraph. Gymkhana judges may officiate at no
more than five gymkhanas in one season. A breed show may use a judge
who is registered only in the official judges’ roster of the
particular breed.
Page C5 (09) #10 – PROTESTS
Add sentence to the end of the last paragraph “All protests must be
signed.”
Page C6 (09) # 19 – NUMBERS
Delete last sentence and replace with : “ An Exhibitor’s
correct number must be visible to the judge. “

Rename titles in sections as below:

MEMBERSHIP DUES should be paid before the start of the
show and trail season. Renewal forms for the 2010 season
were mailed out with the year end award standings and the Annual
Banquet of Champions notice. If you didn’t receive a
renewal form you can use the form on this website.

JANUARY 9, 2011 NHH&TA ANNUAL MEETING 11 AM The
meeting will be held at the SADDLESEAT CONNECTION in the Raymond
Shopping Center, Rte 107/Rte 102(Fremont Rd), Raymond, NH (off
Rte 101 Exit #5)
